I'm not sure Citibank as my OH and kids are on kiwi passports so I was the only applicant.

I agree it's not 100% clear on the immigration website, but I assume your family have to have met the conditions too as it says they can only apply at the same time as the applicant. What does it say on their visas in their passports? Mine makes it clear on the RRV is only for 2 years. It does say this under section 5 "and all members of your immediate family who were included in your residence application have resided in New Zealand for a total of at least 184 days in the two-year period immediately before lodging your permanent resident visa application."

Best check to be certain though. Mrs F, it should tell you on your RRV how long it is valid for.

Thanks Moso- A question related to the 184 day mandatory period....If we arrive on 01 Sept 2013 and live in NZ continously until 28 Feb 2015 (i.e. 6months from sept 2013 to Feb 2014 and then from Sept 2014- Feb 2015) will this be seen as acceptable as having done the 2 times 184 day stint? Please advise if you know.... Thanks
