including cousin in application
I'm in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates at the moment and processing my EOI. My cousin is with me and i would want her to be included in our application when we go to New Zealand as she doesn't have anyone here except us. She's 25 now. Is it ok to have her with us on our application? Or does she have to apply separately?

No. You cannot include her. She would need to make her own application.
