Hi sweet dream, since you have been waited almost two months since you status changed to assessement complete, I suggest you send an email to mpnp to make sure they did send their answer and if so, it is possible you ask them to send it again. I know some people who never got the LOA and had to ask mpnp to send it again.
Thanks for your advice. I am residing in Bangladesh and it generally takes more than 6 weeks to get letter from Canada through general postal service.
I am also thinking to do so, but I want to wait one more week.

tnx for the tip about sending my letter to Morden.
but, since I'm in Europe and our postal service is really qute good, I'll wait. I believe it won't take more than 2 weeks, because people who send their mail from Canada to Croatia say they never had any (significant) problems or delays.
as far as my friend with Job offer goes... well, believe it or not, their status still says "assessment pending"!!!! we just talked today and I was shocked.. they applied couple of days after I did (in May) and they had Job offer for the beginning of September!! and still nothing!!!! we were both told on our interview in Winnipeg that processing times for applications with job offer are month - month and a half!!!
and now this!!!!
I honestly don't know what to say or think.. I was worried that my application took long time to be processed, but now when I hear their story, I'm pretty confused.
(they were able to get another JOb Offer with new date, and uploaded it to MPNP, so it's going to be okay.. I hope. but still.. it's not fair)

Hmmm that's good for u. Regarding ur friend's status i could say its bad news to me too since I have a Job offer letter as well however i just lodged my application last 2 months ago and hopefully to get a positive result... not in hurry though.
Btw, work with a job offer so u can apply a working permit. Congrats again.

Told you, guys, our postal service in Croatia's reliable.
Stamp on the envelope says Sept 17th.
Today is Sept 23th and our LOA came this morning

Now is the good news. COPR just arrived and passport stamped with visa!!!
