Personally I would pick Burlington but that's mainly because that's my hometown and where the majority of my family are located. Given my druthers I would like to live in Kingston. Not for any reason other than I like it there.

It was in common use in London when I grew up though it does sound rather flat and northern, one might think of a whippet having its druthers.

I think it probable that by the time I was born all of the old school had exercised their druthers and emigrated to NZ.

Lived in or spent a great deal of time in a few different places and liked all of them to be honest. Ottawa, Guelph, Grimsby are all rather nice.

If I was rich I'd move to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
