Like last Sunday its friggin windy! 107km/h recorded at Melbourne Airport about 20 mins ago.

Yes very windy, went into city for a birthday lunch and shopping. It looked like it was snowing, air was full of light brown fluffy stuff from the trees which are in the late spring stages. Air was thick with it, and I assume pollen. because it was impossible not to notice how many people had streaming noses and sneezing. More than a few with masks on, on near QV making crossing the road look like you were in a pandemic movie extra scene. It got me in the end too and had to buy eye drops, so much stuff in eyes and nose.
At station 4 lines down, due to fallen trees. Got home to find tree and bins across driveway. Its settled down a bit now, and a bit rainy, nose and eyes all flushed out and OK now.
Apparently 120klm winds at one stage.
Nice cool week ahead, loving it still jeans and jumpers when I know it would be sweating in QLD by now.
Oh and now its just started pelting down rain. Weather never dull here

Had great weather all weekend - not bad for Scotland in October. Short sleeves and sat outside at the pub weather. But, this morning was cold and had to scrape the ice off the car, and now cloudy, showery and cold

Just had 10 glorious days in Cairns - the weather was very good to us, with beautiful temps around the high 20s - 30, relatively low humidity etc. The rain held off until we left yesterday! Arrived back home yesterday to a warm Adelaide. Today? Rain and about 16 degrees - the boy's first cricket match had been rained off

After 9 days in Hawaii I'm finding temps of 26, no humidity and a strong breeze to be kind of chilly.

Windy again. Is this amount of extreme wind days normal? Tonight it's whistling through unit, locked windows banging,roof sounds like its about to lift. I doubt the wind gusts are only 95Km hour. Too noisy to sleep again. It sounds like thunder is rolling on the roof but it's the wind.
