Oooops hit send too soon! I meant to clarify that life out here is great etc but personally, for me, I would rather live somewhere like Brisbane. I find it more varied and friendly. Then again I am talking from a "no kids" point of view. The GC certainly caters for families! Especially fat families who like kebabs, customised utes and dont wear shoes in the supermarket LOL! :O)

We are flying with Cathay Pacific and leave at 1030 pm from LHR where abouts are you moving to ?We are staying in Broadbeach for a month while we look for long term accomodation.

Opinions on acreage differ a lot, depending on what each individual actually considers acreage to be.
IMO acreage is a property on 5 plus acres, but this of course is just my opinion.
Anybody know how much land you have to be on for your property to be classed as acreage? X

We are staying with my sister in law in Burleigh Heads until we find temp. accommodation/jobs. Hope to settle in south Brisbane or on the GC. Maybe see you in September! How exciting...9.5 weeks to go woohooooo!
