Default Family Assistance

Does anyone receive family assistance? We used to get a payment but have now been told we aren't entitled to anything because of my husbands salary. What's changed as his salary hasn't gone up since January this year.

You can update your income estimate at anytime (on the phone) and its worth doing every 1/4 then they can adjust the payments accordingly. That way you get what you are due to and better than that no overpayment at the end of the tax year
