Hi everyone,
I have been approached to do a cleaning service for unoccopied rented houses.Does anybody have any idea of the going rates charged for empty house cleans 4x2s and large 2 storey houses .many thanks. Steve.

Generally cleaners in SA charge approx $35 an hour...I'm in the wrong business!!! I'm in the process of arranging for two of my furnished rentals to be cleaned and they all quoted $80-$100. Hope this helps

hi, we are in mindarie also ,and are trying to expand the small organisation we have just set up ,we already have a good first contact but find we could perhaps use a little more work,and are seeking prices from other cleaners to be sure we dont over estimate and lose out on future work oppurtunities.

Go through real estate companies and if yopu get the right ones you will only need 3 or 4 and have more than enough work. 1 company charges i think $30 an hour minimum 2 hours, but they come in with a team of 4 or 5 and clean up everything after tenants leave.
