$1.10
No! Not the exchange rate.
That was the price of petrol this morning.
I think Saturday might be the new Tuesday around these parts.
On Streetview the same garage shows a price of $1.42

Re: $1.10
The 'normal' day has changed, and now seems different all the time.
The petrol companies appear to have bowed to the pressure of having that one special discounting day. Everyone used to complain about it.
More like pot luck now...
And I am damned sure that the petrol stations have managed to increase their profits from it. But they are only doing what people said they wanted !

Re: $1.10
On Tuesday this week it was 114.5/litre (unleaded, not E10 crap) in Melbourne for me. I was going to go last Saturday, but waited a few days because it was 128.9 on Saturday last week. These prices are before any 4c/litre discount.
Cheapest day round here seems to currently change between Friday, Saturday & Sunday!

I drove past the local Caltex at 1230 - 113.9. Thought, I'll fill up on the way back. 1255 - 129.9!

$1.04 at my local servo for the past 10 days! - and that's not with a docket either. If you spend $5 in there, you also get 4c off
