Hello all. hope that you are well.

I have a small compound that is near to the turntable that we build a few years ago. We had a watchman but his family out grew the accommodation so he left our employment a few months ago.
I was in Gambia earlier this year but because of family commitments I had to return the to return to U.K as matter of urgency and I am still here but hoping to return afrer the Easter break. In thevrush to return to U.K we employed a family friend as a Watchman..on a temporary basis but we are being informed by neighbours that that he is often away from the compound leaving it without adequate security.
Mamy of you will understand the stress that this is causing me so as a result I am turning to to this forum to ask for information/ suggestions as to where in the Gambia can I find a reliable person willingto be employed as a Watchman.
I was told that there are a few companies that offers this type of service so I am asking if anybody know about cost/accountability etc.
