where does a fabricator welder look for construction work?
can anyone help me out here. ive just arrived in sydney with my girlfriend. she has a one year sponsor as a nurse which entitles us to a 4 year stay. im a qualified fabricator welder/on site fitter and although i know this recession is about to take a hold, id like the best chance possible of finding work but cant find many contacts. are there many recruitment agencies who deal in this type of work? or do i just wander round the city looking for all the construction sites? anyone who has any advice please help me, im bored and i need work..........
