What is TRA
 
Hi

Am I being stupid but can someone please tell me what a TMA is! :confused:
If anyone could explain the process to me i'll be :D

My husband is a chef but has no recent experience, we are meeting with an agent this weekend to discuss our application. Hopefully all goes well

Hi Clair,

TRA is the body which assesses the skills eg; Chef, I think you have to have 6 years as a cook and 3 yrs as a chef to qualify for the assessment criteria. I don't know how recent that expereince has to be? You meeting with your agent will tell you everything, also check out DIMIA website and read booklet 6 http://www.immi.gov.au/
