Welders wanted

Recently arrived in Calgary and my boss is still desperate for welders so if anyone is interested or knows of anyone interested email me: [email protected]

The company are willing to do the paperwork required which is a bonus and they pay good rates.

Huge shortage of welders all over Alberta, not sure about the rest of Canada. But reading the Calgary papers, watching news reports, and waiting to get served places, theres just a huge shortage of everyone. Frustraiting when there are thousands of people in limbo waiting to get here.

No I just recognise Mr Ape from Fort Myers. Did you vacation there? It's our favourite place and Jungle Golf is always on the kids 'to do' list.

Sorry mate, got job lined up

The welding school I attended in May had adverts up on their wall looking for welders in Alberta, wait for it, pay was $100 an hour, YIP $100 bucks an hour, and that was for non B pressure welders

Alberta is somewhere we never considered, but hey not to worry

Dave what sort of welding is it Mig, Stick,Tig or Flux cored, and whats the work like, non pressure, structural work or pressure work

Hows things mate, hope all is well with job etc, hope you passed tests OK

Eddie

Alright Eddie, hows it goin?

The work is going really well. We do mainly structural in stick and flux cored. Passed all my CWB tickets and I am already the foreman. Would like to do my B Pressure tests soon but in no rush.

Wheres your job at and when are you there already - sorry, cant remember.

Take it easy, Dave
