visa 175 in progress, looking for potential job offer

hi i am in the process of appling for Skilled â€“ Independent (Migrant) visa (subclass 175), i have have the TRA. i have over 25 years of hairdressing under my belt, worked for Wella as a hair technician and i am a qulified teacher, i am five points short ( age ) from getting my visa, and i need a potential job offer, dose any know what this requires.........Thanx
