my dad who is 59 has been working with big plant hire for over 30 years and wants to find a job and eventually retire in the US, are there any specialist recruitment agencies in america or is it a word of mouth thing?

he has been to the u.s on several occasions and all the machines he has seen he has worked on or similar ones for years.

can anyone help please??
