-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- hi this is my first post i would just like to say hello to everyone i'm starting to do my tra form for a chef and was just wondering what to do on my form i have been a chef since 96 achieved nvq level 4 , the problem is i took 2 years out of my chef career between 2003 - 2005 to do a driving job (more money) so when i fill out my form should i include this or should i make up a chef job so there is no gap would the time out from being a chef be a problem. many thanks in advance p.s any chefs out there in adelaide whats it like money, conditions, etc hopefully moving to the seaford area |
