Sub stations Dubai

Looking at maybe Dubai in a couple of years, just wanted to know if anyone knows how hard it is to get into Project Management in this area over there? got ozzie experience, now back in UK but thinking of giving it a go over there for a couple of years.

Any feedback/agencies to contact would be great.
