Does anyone know weather it's legal to rent a chair in Oz?

Of course its not and if you get caught you will be hung drawn and quartered!!

Hi Bill
Actually, it's not legal in Queensland. However there are ways around it. A stylist can subcontract to a salon but they must have an abn number. They are then responsible for their own tax (and gst I think)
