Recently, i have experinced a new market exclusively in measurement/Qty Take offs. In fact many QS firms in UK/Aus & middle east are outsourcing for this particluar service. I am planning to start a company in India. I need comments/advice from QS professionals...

Do you think that would work and the people doing the work in india could be reliable to take off accurately on all projects whether it be fit out or new build say

Hi, I am here to chat with you regarding the quantity surveying. I have been experinced as quantity surveyor 15+ years in india and middle east.

Our Profile:

We introduce ourselves that we are professionaly experienced quantity surveyors both in India and Middle East. Now we have independently started doing QS Bills production works using SMM7 for UK Projects. We are experienced nearly 15 projects including civil works and drainage. Our works includes:

1) Receiving the drawings from Client either AutoCAD or PDF formats
2) Receiving Specifications
3) Prepare queries and send to clients for more clarification about the works or any missed informations.
4) Make assumptions on the items, if no response from the client.
5) Complete takeoff
6) BOQ preparation for civil works and drainage.
7) Customise Report formats like Tender Analysis
8) Bar bending calculations as per BS standards.
