My OH is a chef that has won various awards including Welsh restaurant of the year 2006, but he has no formal qualifications and as we are all aware of pathway D has closed so Ive been looking around for him to get his skills assessed and get him the relivent qualifications.

So rang a muppet in Cardiff earlier on, explained the situation and she said that is would take a minimum of 18 months, because she has to assess him herself over this tima and that she would have to check out his menus and that his cooking skills are good enough :curse:

This guy was on a par with John Burton Rice in 2006 (Winner of the English restaurant of the year 2006), WTF , cheecky cow:curse:

So now he has to sit through th humiliation of some idiot who knows half of what he does judging his cooking ability, stupid or what

Bring back pathway D, quickly:mad:
