Logistics / Warehouse Manager

Hi,

I've been working as Logistics / Warehouse manager for a medium sized company in the UK for the last 4 years. and have recently been thinking about uprouting and working abroad.

If anyone could answer the following vague quaestions it would be appreciated:

- Are there any countries in particular that have a shortage of Management personel (Specifically in the Maunfacturing sector)? From what i've seen online Dubai seems to have more jobs available in this area.

- How easy is the job hunting process? Is it advisable to travel to the country for a month or so or are there agents in the UK that can help?

- Anyone have any good links to recruitment websites? there seem so many out there I never know which ones are any good

If you have any other advise for a newbie it would great

Cheers!
