COF is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Getting a job in international development/aid?

This question isn't neccessarily related to working overseas, although that is quite possibly a part of certain positions, see it seemed appropriate to ask it here.

What sort of degree and expereince would charities/NGOs be looking for to stand a good chance of getting a job in this area?
