Contract of employment.
 

Morning,

I have been with my present employer working 9 till 5 for the last 13 Months in Australia and this week we had a meeting and they have decided to extend there opening hours 8.30 till 5.30. staff will work on a rosta basis 38 hrs a wk.
I am worried that they may be thinking of opening Sunday and Late nights infuture.
I was told that we will also be given Contracts this week, I was wondering if I could have written into mine that I am not prepared to work after 5.30 and Sundays.
