Hello there! I've got a couple of job offers and all these companies seem to be a great opportunity. The question is how to choose the right one and not to regret it later?

As for me, the most important things in a company are:
1) Active internal communication
2) The individual as the key element in the company
3) An optimal working environment
4) Training schemes for the workers
5) The opportunity to grow professionally within the organization

The answer really depends on your profile and experience. If you're just starting to work in any field, you will face various difficulties in any case. And there are a lot of articles on the internet, so you can find an answer to your question (very vague one) there. But if you share more info, maybe someone will be able to help.
