Any chefs on the way out ?
Can anyone recommend any recruitment agencies in Perth please.

Sue, did you mean to post this in the POLICE section of the forum?
You may get a better response in the Main Working abroad section... as most in here are enquiring about Police related jobs.

Nope.
Was looking at Police - for brother in law and tried ( badly :confused: ) to start one for chefs.
Will have another go later

I worked out there for 6 months, the good news is that I didn't have a problem getting work what so ever. The bad news is that I didn't use an agency and just sent/emailed my CV to various places, 3 job offers in 1 day.

You won't have a problem.

A Chef forum !! Better place for it than under Police !

Steve has found temp work pretty quickly. Pay about the same as the UK
$18 per hr midweek / $20 saturdays / $25 Sunday and bank hols.

Need commis and chef de partie more than they need head chefs though. Still looking for the permanent head chef role. :)

Hi , would really like to know how you are getting on. I am a Chef and am wondering now about the job situation. Did you find any particular catering agencies?

We are pretty much undecided on location at the moment, any advice as to location and employment would be much appreciated
