Hello Guys, Move full time next month.. No bookings as yet, next year will be going full steam ahead with 'The Farmhouse Project' Bringing Many Old fashioned/modern cooking techniques to the Algarve. Available for Pop up tasting menus, live Demonstrations, Using only the finest products from Farm, field or Sea to the plate. I have over 15 years high end experience, starting young at Rich Steins in Padstow, more recently in the South of France, Thailand and most recently London, cooking for Queen Elizabeth and top Chefs such as Heston. The project will become 'A non-profit making charity', supporting troubled youths. Thanks for your time. Please share.
