Hello,

I'm looking for any practical advice in how I best find work and discover the possibilities of living in Bologna. I'm a freelance composer at present but have done many different jobs to keep me going.

I know finding work in music would be impossible but can anyone advise on how I might see if living in Bologna is a possibility or just a pipe dream. I plan to stay in Bologna next year for a month but wondered if anyone knew of the costs of living in this area, the healthcare arrangements as I am type 1 Diabetic and the best ways to approach Italian employers.

If anyone could give me any advice based on their experiences, I would love to hear from you.
