US first time entry with immigrant visa

Single man joining family via F4 sibling application/sponsor. Interview completed and visa approved. Travel will be within allocated time frame.

Has anyone been forbidden entry to the US when they first arrived with their immigration package?

Or, has anyone experienced difficulties?
