I'm sorry we do not have a dedicated forum for Romania...it comes under the umbrella of the General Europe forum. I suggest you repost your questions in that forum...hopefully you will get helpful replies to your questions from fellow expats in Romania.

still in a hotel which is pretty miserable, am sure will be a lot better once I find my feet and move into somewhere I can call home !

Hotels are great for holidays but as you say they soon become miserable when you are using them as a home. Good luck...I hope you find something more permanent soon.
