SWAP Claim Banco Popular
Hi Folks
I wonder if anyone out there can help or advise me.
I was caught up in the SWAP scandal a few years ago and the final result was that to get out of the swap scheme I had to pay Banco Popular 15000 euros to do this on top of the bill I received every year until I had to close it.
The total paid to them was over 30000 euros. The SWAP Scheme was declared illegal and I am now in court in January to reclaim this. We never got any paperwork at all from them and they are fobbing off both myself and my solicitor. They are contesting the fact I had to pay them 15000 euros to get out of the SWAP which obviously I did.
Has anyone been through a similar experience about the 15000 euros . Any advice would be greatly appreciated
