Thinking of moving from uk to Australia
Hi,
Sorry if this post is vague but I’m really clueless at the moment, not sure if this is the right place but any help would be so grateful !
My partner and I are wanting to move to Australia (we have two young children too) we’ve been saying it for years but never done anything about it because we just don’t know how. Now I want to get the ball rolling and actually stop saying it and start actually doing something about it but the thing is I literally have no idea where to start, who/where do you even go to in the uk to discuss this ? We don’t plan to move soon but in a couple of years but it would be nice to have a plan of action so we can work towards this being a move achievable goal.
I have so many questions about the move but I just don’t know who I ask
If anyone from the uk who has made the move to Australia could point us in the right direction it would be much appreciated! Even hearing you’re experience Would be lovely too.

The first thing to establish is whether your family qualifies for a visa. Start a new thread in the Immigration subforum and outline what qualifications and experience you and your partner have.
