You will have to sponsor your wife via a spouse visa for her to permanently move to the US. Presume your daughter has dual citizenship UK/USA.

Start here:

If you have not yet obtained your US citizenship I suggest you do so, so that, if you decide to return to the UK you can do so easily.

Hello and welcome to BE.

As this forum is for introductions only...I suggest you repost your questions in our US Marriage Based Visa Forum. You will get a much better response in that forum...as many of the people who post in that forum have either travelled or are travelling down the same road as you and your wife.

Good luck.

UK citizenship I presume you mean...but yes, great idea to get that squared away.

As for the difficulty of sponsoring a spouse, it is the simplest way as long as there's no criminal convictions or over stays in the past. Have to have the last 3 years worth of IRS tax filings, but that shouldn't be a issue as that should have been done anyway and then it's a case of having assets or a job lined up to cover financial aspect or have a financial co-sponsor.

The wiki here really is a great starting point though.

Good luck and welcome to BE

Hello and a big welcome to BE.

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.
