Spouse visa extension in Uk. With 5 pay slips

Spouse visa extension in Uk. With 5 pay slips
I recently joined this and need your help and support.
I want to apply for my mrs spouse visa first extension living here in Uk after 2 and half year.
I have British nationality and have a child who also have British passport.
My wife visa is expiring on 19th of October 2018. She recently started a job where her yearly income is £ 23000. If we go to home office for her visa extension in October we should be having 5 of her payslips..
She is salaried employed but her 5 payslips amount is around £ 10,000.
I think she will fall in catagory B of financial requirement.
Need your help whats her options. Which category we fall in also i was self employed last year and my whole year income was £ 9,200.
Whats best eat option for us.
