Hi, my daughter, son-in-l;aw and granddaughter desperately want to move to Canada, but wont go if I am not accepted for immigration. I am 69, and receive the U.K. State Pension and a small occupational pension. I would be living with them, as I would be caring for my little granddaughter while my daughter works. I have no criminal records, have satisfactory health, and best of all, most of my family live in Canada. I enjoy walking, and I should imagine the walks there are fantastic. I also read a lot, and love wildlife, so the beauty of Canada, and the beasts that live there would suit me down to the ground.! Hoping to chat to many of you soon about your experiences.

Hello there and welcome to BE. Canada is a huge country...which part are you hoping to go to?

Here is the link to BE's Canada forums...for any immigrations questions you would be best to use the Canada Immigration Forum.

Hi there, thanks for your reply. We are hoping to go to Alberta, possibly Okotoks where my sister and her daughter and family live, but it would depend on where my son-in-law could get work.
