I think you are very unlikely to find anyone here who lived in Tripoli at any time. BE is only a small forum and almost all the members are either in English-speaking countries, the EU, countries with significant UK immigration (Arabian peninsula, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines etc.), or back in the UK.
