Register same sex marriage in Spain
 

My partner and I have were married in Gibraltar last September. I need information now to register this in Spain. Many people have given advice and this differs greatly. I am on a uk pension and have an Nie. Also do I have to inform UK pensions about this. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Congratulations on your marriage! If anyone knows the answer to your question, you're most likely to find them if you repost on our Spain forum here https://britishexpats.com/forum/spain-75/ I'm guessing that you've searched online for any 'official' information? Even if no one on the Spain forum has direct knowledge of how to register your marriage, they may be able to point you in the right direction for some information you can rely on. It must be very frustrating to have received so many different answers!
