Hi, just wondering if anyone can give me some advice? I know of a derelict finca in Majorca and i know that it has been derelict for at least 30 years as i have been visiting that area for that time and it has always been derelict. I am in a position now where i would like to enquire about purchasing it but where do i start? How do i find out who owns the property and land? And how would i get their contact details? Especially since it has been empty and unattended for so long? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
