Offer accepted on Property in Lagos
 

Hi all,

My wife and I have made an offer on a property in Lagos this week which has been accepted...yay!
My wife, me and our 6 year old son are are planning on using as a holiday home and some letting to help with mortgage payments.
I'm just reading through all the buying requirements, a little daunting, but I'm sure it's all doable.

We are buying through Ideal Homes, they seem very friendly, helpful and costs seem in line with market rates. May ask a question in another section to get any feedback on them from others :)
