Default newbie moving out to Texas in the summer

Hello,

I am planning on moving out to Texas in July with my 2 daughters. My husband is currently out there already on a 3 month working visa but it is looking more likely that he will stay out there permentantly so we will join him and hopefully start a new life out there.

My husband has raved about how great it is, fantastic weather, super friendly people.

I miss him terribly and find the time difference quite a struggle, he is going to bed as we wake up and finishes his working day when we go to bed.

I'm hoping to chat to people in a similar situation.
