Default New and seeking advice US tax UK pension

Hello all. I have been an expat for over 30 years and I new to the site. Seeking advice on entering UK pension ( lump sum and monthly ) into Turbo tax on US 1040 form. I note there was a topic on this subject but it seems to have closed and I can't figure out how to enter a form topic. Help please

Hi there...welcome to BE.

As this forum is purely for welcoming new members to BE...may I suggest you repost your questions in our US Forums. There is a search function located in the pink bar at the top of the page. Go to Advanced Search and be sure to highlight the US forums to narrow down your search. Give me a shout if you need help with the Search Function.

If you require any assistance finding your way around BE's many forums we have a team of concierges who will act as your tour guide...they will be pleased to help you. The concierge for the US forums is Kaffy Mintcake...please contact her if you need pointing in the right direction.

If you have any problems or concerns please contact a mod or admin. The mods for the US forums are Bob and MsElui. Although you can contact any mod or admin...there is usually one of us around 24/7.

Please give me a shout if I can be of further help. I look forward to seeing you in the US forums.

Hi satigerbrit,

Threads are automatically closed after they have had no activity for a year. But go ahead and start a new thread in the USA forums (as you have done in the Welcome Inn). If you are stuck on a title could just say something like "Any suggestions on how to enter a UK pension into Turbo tax on US 1040 form?" ... or something like that.

Welcome to BE and Happy New Year!
