New member, old expat!
Hello all,
It seems a bit crazy when I think about it. I have been an expat for over 32 years, living in Quebec. I have often felt very isolated from the English speaking community, but never thought to do the research and reach out.
This summer I started a fabulous new job in Forillon National Park, here in Gaspésie, where I live. I came across many British expats who were visiting the park and hugely enjoyed the interactions I had with all of them. That's the reason I'm reaching out to you now.
Cheers!
Sue
