Hi everybody, hope you are all well.
Been meaning to sign up for a while and finally got round to doing so.
Living in the Philippines for over a year now and despite the restrictions under Covid all is going well. My wife (a Filipina) and I had been planning on retiring here for a while and as I was made redundant lat year finally made the move. One of the best things I ever did.
Philippines is not perfect but then, where is? Came here with my eyes open after many visits and lots of research. Never been so relaxed in my life. People where we live are friendly and, in the main, polite but difficult to get to know people properly due to travel/gatherings restrictions.Guess I will find out when this pandemic is over.
