Hello and welcome! Where abouts are you living in Thailand? I spent 3 weeks there on my honeymoon a year ago and loved it, especially Chiang Mai.

I spent several years in bkk. Not much happens on BE about SE asia, but it's still worth a read occasionally. You might want to check out www.thaivisa.com as well (it's full of bitter ex-pats moaning about their thai girlfriends and is amusing just for that)

Wow, are you working over there? My brother worked in Bangkok for 2 years, the pollution there is full on isn't it?! Have you done much travelling around? I would highly recommend Chiang Mai, we spent a week there and loved it!

I live here - have done for 3 years since I left Australia. Done a fair bit of travelling but not been to Chiang Mai yet.
