Hi all my wife and I are now less than a year from coming out after counting down over the last several years, we intend to sell and buy in Spain so that we are mortgage free, as it gets closer we still have a few things to find answers for so any advice would be great. can't wait to finally get there, we are looking at the Andulucia area and about 20 minutes or so from the coast but no more than 30 mile from Nevarda for the skiing
