Moving to Texas

Hello BE

Just doing some research on the forums and thought I should say hi.

I am an English-qualified lawyer looking to relocate with young family from Cardiff to Texas.

My wife an I run a B2B legal consulting business here in Cardiff and are thinking of setting up a US subsidiary, whilst continuing to run the UK business remotely. Then eventually applying for a Green Card. If anyone else has taken that route to entry I would be grateful to hear your experiences.

We love Austin for its good schools, great culture and green spaces.

If you can recommend any useful sub-forums or threads, that would be super helpful :)

Thanks and hi
