How easy is it to rent out a two bedroom apartment on the Costa Blanca and can it bring in an income please.

the answer to both really is how long is a piece of string.. There are thousands of people like you looking to rent out their place to bring a little something in. When we were there we wanted to rent, long term, a place, but the owner said they really wanted to maximise their income with holiday lets, after we had agreed on another place the first people came back to us desparate to rent to us, even dropping the price as they had only one week of the summer booked, and this was the story all over the area, too many places wanting renters, not nearly enugh people wanting to rent.
Ensuring your place is in a very popular area, getting it furnished with high end goods, and of course, ensuring you had the correct licence depending on the area. You don't say where on the Costa Blanca you are looking at, and it's a very big area, but you are unlikely to make any money at all, remember that you have to factor in the costs of the utilities used, and holidaymakers are notorious for leaving things like the AC on all day even when they are out, also the cost of replacing items that get broken, you would also need someone to do the changeover clean etc.

Hello and welcome to the forum

The Welcome Inn is just a global introductory section and you won't find too many people (if any) living in Spain in here.

Your best bet is to re-post in the Spain section. You can follow this link here:
Spain - British Expats

I'm sure the good folks in Spain will give you some pointers. All the best.
