Smile Moving to Sardina

Hi all.

I am moving to Sardinia on 29th Aug 11 to take up a kindergarten job. I am really looking forward to it but scared as well. I am leaving my husband and son behind to pursue my own dreams for a while. Does anybody have any advice what to bring beside the obvious.
If anybody is living in Caliagri please get in touch.

Many thanks
Fi.

Hi Fi...welcome to BE.

How long are you moving to Sardinia for? My neighbour in the UK used to go there every year for his holidays...he loved the island.

Here is the link to the Italy Forums. The people who post in that forum will do their best to help answer your questions...why don't you pop over there and take a look around?

We have a team of concierges who are assigned to various forums to help people find their way around the site...the concierge for the Italy forum is 37100.

All other problems or concerns should be addressed to a moderator. The moderator for that forum is Lorna...give her a shout if you have any problems or concerns about the Italy forum.

Good luck with the move and once again...welcome aboard.

Hello and a big welcome to BE.

Excellent information can be found in the BE Wiki, not forgetting the Living and Moving Abroad forum that will help you, there is also a lot more information in the Europe Forums. Yet another set of great help is the permanent threads at the TOP of each forum, they are very pertinent to that particular forum and makes sensible reading.

Moderators deal with any problems that arise such as inappropriate posts, spammers etc, you will find their names at the bottom right hand side of each forum's index in bold font.

Please contact me if I can give you any further help.
