Moving to Lanzarote
I'm Ann, my husband and I are looking to move out to Playa Blanca ( Lanzarote ) in 2015. We are going to visit in September 2014 and would love to meet any ex pats who have retired there. We will be looking at the sort of properties available for our budget, and generally trying to find out what retirement in Playa Blanca has to offer.
If there is a couple out there who are willing to meet up, we would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Hello Ann and welcome to the forum 
As old.sparkles says, do check out the Spain forum and fire away with any questions. I imagine, if buying property, you will want to know the ins and outs of the Spanish wealth tax and inheritance tax and do some planning.
I went to Playa Blanca many years ago.... nice place - fabulous year round climate
