re: Moving to France
Post again in the France forum with more details of yourself (buying/renting? family? how's your French?....), as this is simply for introductions. There are a good few members in Bretagne who can help with local issues, and plenty of others all over France for national ones! Take a look at the FAQs in the Read Me: Moving to France section at the top of the France forum, and ask away!

Re: Julia
Hi, I shall be renting a house in Port Launay which belongs to a friend of mine ,her father lived there for many years until he died.I have a Jack Russell called Stanley and my French is average,I am more than willing to converse in French. I have a sister who lives near Bergerac.I have six grown up children and 12 grandchildren who are all looking forward to coming to visit me- not all at once though,!
