Move to LA
Hi Guys, first day on the site today. Am moving to Los Angeles with my two children at end of July (my husband flies out Sunday). All a bit daunting I have to say.

Welcome. 
I see you've already found your way into BE's US forums. We have quite a few members living in the LA area...so they should be able to help you out with any questions you have about LA.
There is a Search tab (located in the pink bar at the top of the page)...you can use this to search for past threads. Go to Advanced Search...then put in key words/phrase on the left hand side of the page...don't forget to highlight the forum you want to search (located in the large box on the right hand side). Also try the Wiki...the tab is located in the blue bar at the top of the page.
